Lexie and Liz will work with you to find the right mortgage consultant so that you can discuss your purchasing power, help you obtain a pre-approval letter and start viewing available homes with confidence.
Once your needs and wants in a new home have been outlined and you have locked in financing options Lexie and Liz will search for and preview homes just for you. In addition to setting up automated search profiles with their MLS they will coordinate home tours and showings of properties that are a good match.
Making An Offer
Once you’ve narrowed down your home search to properties of interest, the next step is to respond quickly. Lexie and Liz will be sure each property is thoroughly examined and all questions have been answered before helping you write an initial offer. They will prepare all the necessary documents and carefully review them with you before submitting them to the home seller’s agent on your behalf.
